Willowbrook Farm, Irelands leading processor of salads and vegetables, has recently re-launched their website introducing, amongst other areas, a new section with ideas from Irelands good food ambassador Jenny Bristow in; ‘Jenny Bristow’s Cookery Corner’.

Willowbrook Farm, Irelands leading processor of salads and vegetables, has recently re-launched their website introducing, amongst other areas, a new section with ideas from Irelands good food ambassador Jenny Bristow in; ‘Jenny Bristow’s Cookery Corner’.
Willowbrook Farm and Jenny teamed up to create this resource to give advice on convenient low-cost vegetarian dishes for the summer months, from outdoor cooking on the BBQ to easy ways to liven up your summer salads.
The section, which is updated weekly, gives visitors inspirational hints and tips to help them make the most of their ingredients as well as providing information on complimentary flavours, super foods and seasonal eating.
Amanda Ferguson, food innovation manager said “Being able to work with someone as creative and well respected as Jenny Bristow is great news for new product development at Willowbrook Farm.
“She has a unique way of looking at traditional taste combinations and ingredients then using them in new ways to create food that looks as good as it tastes.”
Speaking about the re-launch of the website, Tommy O’Donaghue, sales director, said “Our new site is an example of how we are adding value to everything we do and is another way for us to show our commitment to continual improvement.
“This resource will give us the opportunity to better develop two way communications with our current and potential customers by providing relevant and useful information. It will also allow us to explore areas such as; special offers, recipe sharing and competitions which will help to engage our visitors and build the type of relationship that will see them returning again and again.
