Finnebrogue is a craft food manufacturer located on an ancient woodland estate in stunning Co. Down. We farm and process our own deer and have created a venison brand praised by top chefs across the UK. We have also pioneered the production of preservative-free pork sausages allowing us to focus on high volume craft manufacture of organic, free range and outdoor bred pork sausages.

Can you supervise a team of operatives and butchers in an environment of tight deadlines, and ever changing demands? You’ll need a proven track record in a similar role, ideally in the meat industry along with a positive approach and the ability to inspire and motivate those around you. Can you deliver the excellence and exacting standards we require from our products?
With a food or science qualification and experience ideally gained in the meat industry you’ll be able to successfully manage food quality and safety systems in conjunction with the Quality Manager. Salary ranging from £18 – 22K p.a.
